FAMILIES EVOLVE - DISAGREEMENTS OCCUR
CHILDREN BECOME JUVENILES
Changing families often need assistance in settling issues about dividing property or arranging where the family members will live.  Teenagers need guidance and often won't listen to a family member.
Experience matters when making these important decisions, and you need someone you can trust.
I'll be happy to guide you through the maze.  Make the transition smoother - click on the link to Family Law for more information and a few necessary forms.

HAVE YOU BEEN ARRESTED or RECEIVED A TRAFFIC TICKET? People often believe they should just plead guilty to a minor offense, simply pay a traffic ticket, without understanding the consequences if they do.
Let me help you. Check out the Criminal & Traffic Law  page.

Frequently Asked Questions:
WHAT DO I CHARGE?

That is almost always one of the
first questions I hear, and one
I won't answer on the phone.
Why?  We are all individuals.
Every person and situation is
different and should be treated accordingly.  You are unique and
the legal services you may need
will be unique, so I won't put a
generic price tag on it.

MY POLICY IS SIMPLE:
 Free initial consultation,
30 minutes, face-to-face,
so we can decide if we can work together to solve your issues, then discuss fees and payment arrangements based on that meeting.
WHAT IS MY EXPERIENCE?

Twenty-five years in the legal community learning the system
and the law, although only
licensed to practice law in
Missouri since 2002.  Practical experience includes decades of
raising children and their friends; dealing with family
matters involving custody and
support issues, juvenile courts,
and episodes with bail bondsmen,
 law enforcement, and probation officers.
